Worked with computers since school, many years ago in a galaxy far far... Well maybe not that far away. Been a serious gamer since my younger days as well. From ZX-81 up to the latest tech now.
My work these days is creating html/js front ends that are actually useable and don't look like a dogs dinner, so many developers understand code but have never got their head round actually helping the users get something done.
Back to the good stuff. I've been playing MMORPG's for many years now from the first MUDS (Terris in AOL for a while) to the first good graphical ones like Everquest etc. After which I did some serious years in Eve-online, helped run a corp, fought in some of the large scale wars when I was a member of BNC/BoB this really got me into some major PVP (Player vs. Player). After Eve I moved into Aion and joined up with a bunch of lost causes called Afterlife then I lost interest for a while. Now waiting for the start of SW:TOR which could prove to be a good start into something interesting or may just be a flop.
